A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant for the import of marijuana, who orders it to E in the United States with D that he/she became aware of while studying in the United States, and contains a relative math (hereinafter referred to as “math marijuana”).

In collusion to import 12 sets into the Republic of Korea, D decided to take charge of the order of the marijuana storage and the remittance of import price, domestic receipt, and distribution of the marijuana storage, E decided to purchase marijuana storage and concealed it in clothing, shoes, etc. and deliver it to D in the Republic of Korea, and the defendant raised the import price to D.

According to such a public offering, E: (a) stated as “F, Sero-gu, Sero-gu, Seoul, and the dispute resolution of the dispute,” “F, Sero-gu, Sero-gu, and korea” in the paper sent back to the Republic of Korea, 12 marijuana 186.98g in the United States; and (b) stated as “F, Sero-gu, Sero-gu,” and sent it to the Republic of Korea.

On November 26, 2017, the above international parcel post arrived at the Incheon International Civil Aviation (U.S.) around 16:35.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with D and E.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On May 201, the Defendant smoked, as the Defendant smoked, as the Defendant smoked an electronic cigarette, which was put in an electronic pipe in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence located in the Young-siJ of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

B. On November 29, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant smoked tobacco on D’s SUV vehicles parked on the street near the above Defendant’s residence ( approximately 0.5-1g of ordinary smoking volume per time) with the strawer’s sUV vehicles.
