A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2012, the Defendant, “The 2018 Highest 5783,” had a copy of the victim C resident registration certificate working with an insurance company, who was unable to use the credit card under his/her name as a bad credit holder, with his/her own credit card issued, and had the victim C resident registration certificate in his/her name, with the intention to open and use a mobile phone.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On January 2, 2012, the Defendant stated “C” in the applicant column as “C,” “C” in the customer name column, “D” in the resident registration number column, and “C” in the State column, and signed at will thereafter.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the Chapter 1 of “Il mobile new application”, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

B. On January 6, 2012, the Defendant stated “C”, “C”, “D”, “F”, “F”, “Y”, “I”, “I” in the workplace information work name column, “I”, “I” in the workplace information work address column, and “C” in the applicant column, and then voluntarily signed the application column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the Chapter 1 “Mo Card Subscription Application”, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

On January 6, 2012, the Defendant entered the name of “C”, “C”, “D”, “F”, “K”, “K”, “K”, “K”, and “K”, “L”, “L”, and “C” in the account number column, and “C” in the final signature column in the applicant’s column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant’s application for membership of a new personal card member, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
