Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The victim C is between husband and wife, and is currently in divorce litigation.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On June 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had no consent or permission of the victim in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D; (b) had the victim’s personal card issued in the victim’s name; and (c) had the victim’s personal card issued in the victim’s column; (d) had the victim’s signature on the victim’s personal card’s personal column, “C”, “F”, “E”, “H”, “H”, and “H”, and “C” in the personal telephone column; and (e) had the victim’s signature on the victim’s personal card column subsequent thereto.

In this respect, the Defendant forged an application form for membership of a personal card in the name of the victim.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph 1-A, and at our card design private person J as above, did not obtain permission or consent from the injured party related to the application for the purchase of the card, the Defendant stated to the effect that he/she wants to purchase the card in the name of the injured party as if he/she received such permission or consent from the injured party. The above J contacted K, who was working as the card design agent, in the name of his/her husband, in the name of his/her husband, wanting to subscribe to the card and file an application for the issuance of the card. The above K drafted one copy of the application for the purchase of the card in the name of the injured party, and prepared one copy of the application for the purchase of the card in the name of the injured party, stating that he/she is "C", "F", "on his/her resident registration number in the column of his/her personal member," "on his/her workplace and address", "E", "I" and "E" in the name of the applicant in Incheon City.

In this respect, the defendant let K above.
