A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 263" Defendant married with D around 1980 and divorced on May 9, 1996.

On September 2013, the Defendant possessed identification cards such as resident registration certificates in the above D name, and used the Agricultural Cooperative Account Number in the above D name to use the credit card issued in the name of D, with the intention to use it.

1. Forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the application for membership of a personal card member (state) under the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and issued a forged application for membership to H, who is an employee of our card, who is aware of such forgery on the same page, as if it were a document that was duly formed.

B. (State) On August 2014, the Defendant was willing to change the settlement account of the said credit card in order to conceal the fact of issuing the credit card in the above D name.

On August 13, 2014, the Defendant accompanied with a male who is in the territory of the Republic of Korea in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, with whom his name is unknown, and had him enter “D” and “J” in the applicant column of the written report, registration, and change of the settlement account as if he were D.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forges a letter of reporting, registering, changing the settlement account of the personal card (state) in Korea, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and forges it on the same page.
