A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【E” restaurant located in Seopo City D from February 2013 to November 201 of the same year was actually opened between the victim C’s name and the victim C.

B.
