Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was elected as the head of the national Dong-si Cooperative President in March 11, 2015.

1. Contributions;

3. Although the Defendant violating the election campaign hours was prohibited from engaging in an election campaign by sending text messages from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on the following day, the Defendant was entitled to the candidate for the president of the association, who was employed by sending text messages from the Defendant’s office located in Mao-si around March 1, 2015 to 06:50 p.m. on March 1, 2015.
