Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected at the second time on March 13, 2019 by going to the election of the head of a cooperative of the Dong-si, Ulsan-gun, the head of which was elected.

No one shall visit each elector (including those who are eligible to enter in the electoral register) door for an election campaign.

Nevertheless, on February 16, 2019, at around 10:50 on February 16, 2019, the Defendant visited the house of B members D in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and appealed to support “B Dohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

2. Around 10:41 on 17. 10:41, members of G visited the H’s house to support “I will leave the election of the president of the association, and will be able to do so. I will be able to do so.” On the same day, at around 11:36, they complained of support as “I visit the house of the members of the J of the association located in I to run in the election of the president of the association at once”.

Accordingly, the Defendant visited four members of the electoral association to door for an election campaign.
