Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a stock farm and is elected as a non-permanent auditor from a non-permanent auditor election implemented on June 11, 2014 by the Korea Dairy Livestock Cooperatives established under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act.

7.3. From 7. The term of office began.

A person who intends to become an executive of an agricultural cooperative is prohibited from visiting the cooperative members door to door for an election campaign during the period stipulated by the articles of association, and the articles of association of the said cooperative provides that the cooperative can not visit the cooperative members door to door from 90 days before the expiration date

Nevertheless, on June 2, 2014, the following month in which the Defendant registered a candidate.

At around 13:00, the Plaintiff filed an appeal for support by visiting the F’s house of the members E located in ASEAN to know the fact of going out of and going out of the election of non-standing auditors and personnel management. At around 18:00 on the same day, the Plaintiff filed an appeal for support by visiting the G’s house located in ASEAN in ASEAN in the same manner on the same day, including having visited the members H and I’s house in the same manner. On the 6th day of the same month, the Plaintiff filed an appeal for support by visiting the D and I’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu,

Accordingly, the defendant visited each member for an election campaign.
