Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a candidate for the election of the head of the C Forestry Cooperatives, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

1. No one shall visit the elector door to door or have him gather at a specific place for an election campaign, in violation of the restriction on door-to-door visits, etc.;

On November 1, 2014, around 07:00, the Defendant complained of support by visiting members E’s house located in Gangwon-gun D, Gangwon-do, to the said E, stating that the Defendant “the thickness to easily request the going out and going out of this election.”

B. On November 1, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant visited members G’s house located in the Y of the Gangwon-gun of Gangwon-do, and complained of support to the said G, stating, “Is a large number of elections of forestry cooperatives at once”.

C. On November 1, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant visited the house of a member I of the National Forestry Association H in Gangwon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, and complained of support to the above I, stating that “I would go back to the National Forestry Association at once, I would like to go back to the National Forestry Association.”

On November 2014, 2014, the Defendant visited K’s “L resting area” operated by the members of the YJ of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and complained of support from the above K to the effect that the Defendant “I wish to go to an election for the head of the National Forestry Cooperatives.”

E. On December 12, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendant visited the N’s house of the members of the association in the Gangwon-gun M, Gangwon-gun, and divided the stories related to the N and the election campaign for the head of the association. As the Defendant talks that the construction of the above N and the head of the association requires the construction of the above N and the head of the association, the Defendant complained of support for them.

F. At around 11:40 on December 4, 2014, the Defendant visited Q stop operated by members P of the Union located in the Gangseocheon-gun, Gangwon-do P, and complained of support to the above P, stating, “I would like to promote to the maximum extent possible benefits to be provided to the union members when the election is held. I would like to well promote the benefits to be provided to the union members, and I would like to know the operation of the union.”
