A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was elected at the first time of the election of the head of the Dong-gu National Fisheries Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as “CF”) on March 11, 2015, and held office as the head of the CFF.
