Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On June 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 5, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime of August 201, 2015, on two copies of the application form for the subscription of LG Plus in the name of B mobile phone agencies located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government for the purpose of arbitrarily opening two telephone calls (D, E) in the name of C at will, “F,” “F, in the date of birth, in the customer address column,” and “F, in the customer address column,” signed, and submitted to the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Government Government Government, “The Deposit Holder, and the applicant column,” and submitted the same in a way that the Defendant was genuinely prepared to the above agency employees who knew of the forged facts.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged two copies of the application for subscription to LG Plus in the name of the private document C, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised them.

2. On August 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around August 28, 2015, on the part of H communication agencies located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, stated “F” in the column of the subscriber in the form of the H communication application form “F,” “In the date of birth in the column of the customer address”; and (b) signed “In the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the deposit holder and the applicant column,” and submitted it to the extent that the document was duly prepared to the said agency employees, who knew of the forged fact.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged, and exercised, one copy of the application form for lele mobile subscription in the name of the private document C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
