A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) had one driver’s license of the victim, who was on the victim’s book, and stolen the victim’s automobile in the victim’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building C building 401; and (b) had one copy of the victim’s driver’s license.
2. Forging a private document;
A. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered “D”, “H”, “H”, “B”, “D”, “D”, “C Building 401,” and “D”, “B”, “data Social B”, and “N” at the end of the end of the Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, into the name of the deposit owner in the name of the deposit owner in the request method of payment, by notifying G employees G of the subscription information by presenting the aforementioned D’s driver’s license; and (b) made G to output an application form for subscription to the LGU, which contained the above contents in the name of the deposit owner of the application form using the computer; and (c) stated “D”, “W”, “F/C”, “Data”, “data Social B”, and “F” in the name of the deposit owner of the payment method.

B. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) notified his/her employees G of the subscriber information, etc. in the manner referred to in the above paragraph (a); (b) notified his/her employees G of the subscriber information, etc. by means of the aforementioned paragraph; and (c) had G output the application form for subscription to the LGU in the column of the subscriber of the file of the application form for subscription to the LGU using the relevant computer; (d) “H” in the column of the subscription date; (d) in the name of the deposit owner; and (e) “D” in the name of the deposit owner of the request payment method; and (e) enter the name of the bank/account; (e) “D” in the name of the deposit owner; (f) the number of subscription; (f) “L”; and (f) the end of the LGU application form into the column of the applicant/subscriber (agent)”.
