A was a person who had been working as the senior non-standing director from January 2018, and was going out of the D partnership election implemented on March 13, 2019, and went out. Defendant B was a person who was the head of D 12 partnership from around 200 to 2004, and Defendant C was a person who was the head of D 12 partnership, and Defendant C was a member of D association.

No one shall offer, or express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, entertainment, other property benefits, or public or private positions to an elector (including a person eligible to be recorded in the electoral register before preparing the electoral register) or his/her family member, or an institution, organization, or facility established and operated by the elector or his/her family member, for the purpose of an election campaign, or to gather money, goods, entertainment, or any other property benefits, or public or private positions, and no one shall conduct an election campaign during the period other than the election campaign period, and may visit the elector (including a person eligible to be recorded in

At around 10:00 on February 12, 2019, Defendant A found the house of D members E in order to obtain support in the election of the head of D association, Defendant A visited three members of the Association three times in total and provided three members of the Association with a total of KRW 700,000,000 in cash, as indicated in the attached list 1.

As a result, the Defendant visited the elector for an election campaign when it is not an election campaign period, and provided money to the elector for the purpose of an election campaign.

2. Defendant B and C’s co-principaled Defendants conspired to seek the support of A by finding out the office of the members of the D Association, which was carried out on March 13, 2019 by Defendant B, the co-principal of Defendant B and C.
