A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was the first nationwide election for the head of the same forestry cooperative, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, and was a person who left B as a candidate for the head of the same forestry cooperative. 1. An election campaign agent is prohibited from conducting an election campaign except where a candidate for a violation is an election campaign from February 26, 2015 to March 10, 2015, which is the day before the election day, from February 26, 2015.
Nevertheless, on September 19, 2014, the Defendant argued for support in an election by attending the E Livestock Industry Cooperatives Korea Livestock Industry Cooperative (hereinafter “A.I.D.”), which was held in the D Park located in C, and by distributing the personnel and name of “A. I have the meaning of the Forestry Cooperatives President” to the members of B forest, etc. who are not candidates, for the purpose of election campaign to be elected even if they are not candidates for the election campaign period, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) including the appeal for support in the election. In addition, from around that time to December 21, 2014, the Defendant complained for support by distributing the personnel and name “A. I have the meaning of the Forestry Cooperatives President.”

Except where a candidate for election campaign violates the period of "person in charge of election campaign", door-to-door visits, purchases, or gives guidance for understanding, and performs an election campaign from February 26, 2015 to March 10, 2015, which is from February 26, 2015, the day immediately following the deadline for the registration of candidates, no one shall conduct an election campaign, and allow any elector (including a person eligible to be entered in the electoral register before the preparation of the electoral register) to visit each unit or gather money, goods, etc. for an election campaign;
Nevertheless, the defendant carried out an election campaign for the purpose of election even though a person who is not a candidate is not a candidate, and provided goods to the elector for the purpose of election campaign.
