Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant works as the captain of the FFF in Busan-gun E.

A person who was elected at the election of the head of the agricultural cooperative (the deadline for candidate registration shall be February 25, 2015) implemented on March 11, 2015 after his/her retirement on December 16, 2014.

An election campaign may be conducted from the day following the deadline for the registration of candidates to the day preceding the election day, and no one shall visit each elector (including persons eligible to enter in the electoral register) for an election campaign.

The Defendant retired from the office of the head of the agricultural cooperative, and asked the competent election commission about whether to allow the appointment of the head of the branch office, retired personnel, and production of master cards, etc., and attempted to engage in an election campaign, such as raising the Defendant’s personal guidance and inducing support by newly producing the name cards that contain the former and incumbent career, academic background, etc., together with the former and incumbent personnel who retired from the office, and searching for the above agricultural cooperative members, etc. by dividing the name cards, or by conducting personnel affairs.

On December 19, 2014, at around 15:00 on December 19, 2014, the Defendant carried out an election campaign in advance, following the election campaign period, when the election campaign period is due to the following: (a) the Defendant: (b) discovered that four persons, such as J, K, and L, including I, who are members of the said agricultural cooperative; and (c) divide the Defendant’s name into “I, I, I, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, at a time, participate in the election for the president of the Agricultural Cooperatives.”

On January 11, 2015, the Defendant committed an election campaign and door-to-door visits on January 11, 2015, saying that around 09:00, at around 09:0, the Defendant visited the houses of the members of the association located in the Busan-gun M&M village in order to increase the interest and support in the election of the head of the association by holding the head of a branch office, etc., and that there was a person retired from office, who was a member of the said agricultural cooperative, and that there was an election of the head of the association after retirement.
