A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000 and by a fine of KRW 1,50,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who was in office as a director of E Agricultural Cooperative and completed registration as a candidate for the head of the above agricultural cooperative in the election of the head of the NFF on March 11, 2015, and Defendant B is the spouse of Defendant A.

1. No defendant A may visit an elector (including a person eligible to enter on the electoral register prior to preparation of the electoral register) door to door, or gather at a specific place for an election campaign, and conduct an election campaign prior to the election campaign period;

Nevertheless, on December 2014, 2014, the Defendant visited G members of FF’s house, saying, “I will request the support of the election of the president of the EF, who is the director of the EF, and I will request the support of the election of the president of the EF,” and visited G members’ house for election campaign, and opened a door-to-door visit four times as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant visited four voters' houses by door for election campaign, and carried out an election campaign even though it is not the election campaign period.

2. No family members or any third person other than the defendant B shall carry out an election campaign, and no one shall carry out an election campaign before the period of the election campaign.

Nevertheless, the defendant, who is expected to run as a candidate for the head of the above agricultural cooperative, shall write a register of members for the election of her husband who is scheduled to run as a candidate for the head of the agricultural cooperative and call to the members in order of each region and request support from A. The same year from January 30, 2015.

2. By December 22, 200, the Defendant’s house No. H, 111 Dong 806, and the Defendant’s cell phone calls to 2,049 members of the said agricultural cooperative, including the said agricultural cooperative members I (J) with the Defendant’s cell phone, and carried out an election campaign “Seoul A shall request it well for the election of the head of the association.”

The defendant continued to commence an election campaign period from February 26, 2015 to the same year.
