Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On July 4, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on July 4, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1.
