A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated a DNA caton vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.209% without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.209% without a driver’s license, at a distance of approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of the asset helicopter located in the assets dong of Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the road before the police box located in the same Gu B.

A. B. At around 12:35 on the same day, the Defendant continued to request blood collection and transferred to a H hospital located in the same Gu G, stated the name of “E” in the consent form for blood collection consent, and subsequently exercised the name of “E” in the name of the consent form, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, by using the Defendant’s unmanned, one copy of the consent form, which is a private document related to the certification of facts, is forged, and issued the forged document to the observer who knew of the forgery at the seat as if it were duly formed.
