Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On May 10, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for imprisonment with prison labor for night, intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on October 10, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 2012 and is currently under suspended sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At night, around 01:30 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above factory through the victim Hyundai Motor Corporation 4 factory located in Ulsan-dong 700, Ulsan-dong 700; (b) while waiting in the above factory at around 03:30 on the same day while waiting in the five factory, the Defendant used two hedge lamps (such as electric light), two compact lamps (IN) in total amounting to KRW 2,065,540, and two compact lamps (OUT).
