Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B At present, a person who makes a disguised marriage under the condition that he receives money from a spac female at present, and C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) is a person who enters the Republic of Korea and currently stays in Korea after making a disguised marriage with the spacian nationality, and D is a person who provides and mediates a disguised marriage with a domestic person who receives money from a single spacian disguised marriage hub called “E”, and the Defendant is a person who provides support for a disguised marriage by providing an air ticket and exchange to B under the direction of the bracker called “E”.
