1. Defendant B and C committed a false marriage report in collusion with Defendant B and Defendant C, a Korean male, the parties to I, J, and disguised marriage. The facts are as follows: (a) Defendant B and Defendant C did not intend to marry; (b) Defendant C received KRW 10 million from Defendant C and the J introduced Defendant C to Defendant B; and (c) Defendant A prepared a marriage report in lieu of the marriage report on December 2, 2013 with the document of marriage report and instead prepared the marriage report on December 2, 2013 with the document of marriage report, and written the document of marriage in lieu of the marriage report on the witness column in the marriage report column “L, - K apartment at Dong, Gyeonggi-do, the Government of the Gyeonggi-do, and the Government of the Gyeonggi-do, and the Gyeonggi-do, Dong-do, Dong-do, respectively.”

A on December 17, 2013, at the Dongbcheon-si civil petition service center in Dongbcheon-si, a public official in charge of being aware of the circumstances, submitted the above marriage report, etc. to make him enter the above false facts in the computerized data on the register of family relations, which is a public electronic record, and made him available for inspection immediately.

As a result, Defendant A, B, and C should enter false facts in the official electronic records in collusion with I and J, and exercised them. Defendant A forged and exercised private documents on rights and obligations under L and M respectively.

2. Defendant A who commits a false marriage reporting crime with respect to Defendant E and N shall be married I, J and disguised.
