A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a spactor who is a “spawer for disguised marriage.”

1. The defendant, in relation to a disguised marriage with B, shall pay money by entering the Republic of Korea through a disguised marriage with Korean women, and shall give six million won in return for inviting B by falsely married with the defendant through a disguised marriage with the defendant;

Now, the above B accepted the above proposal of the defendant around January 2014.

A. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) submitted a false marriage report to a public official in charge of family relation registration who is aware of the fact in Gwangju-do on March 26, 2014 in Gwangju-do, as if the Defendant and the above B were willing to marry, and had the said public official, who did not know the fact, enter and register as if the Defendant were married to the family relations electronic records processing system, which is an official electronic records; and (b) had the said public official store and operate the said system that recorded the fact of insolvency as above.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above B, the defendant made a false report to the public official, and made a false report to the public official, and exercised it.

(b) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall apply for a false visa or visa issuance certificate, or arrange for such application, to allow any foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea;

The Defendant submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, July 24, 2014, an invitation letter stating false facts to the effect that the Defendant, upon receipt of the above B, submitted a false marriage-related certificate and real estate lease agreement and the letter of invitation, and applied for a visa for the spouse (F-6-1) of the citizen’s spouse.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above B, filed a false visa to allow a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea.
