Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2012, the Defendant received a proposal to offer KRW 6 million at the face of the week by inviting a disguised marriage broker D, E, and (hereinafter “D”) from the Scour on the part of the Defendant, but accepted the proposal, but did not intend to offer a retainer, and was not in progress due to the offer of the F (G), which was the same as the offer of the said D, at the Kcri-si around January 2014, the Defendant would again enter into a disguised marriage with D with D, by the offer of the said D.

Although the Defendant was well aware of the fact that the actual purpose of entry of Spanch male D, having reported a false marriage like the preceding paragraph, is to earn money by employment rather than by living together with the marriage, he shall send documents necessary for inviting false marriage-related certificates and real estate lease contracts, etc. to F or to D by international mail;

On July 24, 2014, 2014, D, which received this, submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Switzerland a letter of invitation stating false facts to enable D to apply for visa (F-6-1) of the people’s spouse (F-6).
