A. The Plaintiff, while serving as a professor in the Science and Technology Research Institute of B University, has performed a research project for RNA interference with Az virus conducted as a part of the RNA support project. The Plaintiff is a research institute specialized in the research management of this case established on May 1, 2009 by the president of the Korea Research Foundation and the president of the B University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation for the purpose of contributing to the national science and technology development and the national research capacity enhancement by efficiently and fairly conducting the training and utilization of academic and research activities and related human resources. The title of the research and development task: RNA NA interference nanotechnology for Az virus, the total research and development period from May 1, 2009 to February 28, 2014, the Standard Convention on Research and Development Expenses of the Convention (hereinafter “the Convention”). B.
