1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a professor of biotechnology and biotechnology in the previous disposition. The Korean Research Foundation (hereinafter “Korea Research Foundation”) is a foundation.

The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning) was organized on July 26, 2017 by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning.

The Minister of Science, ICT and Future Planning and the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”).

3. An industry-academic cooperation foundation for the 3rd university has received the total of KRW 1,165,200,000 in accordance with the Convention on the Standards for Research and Development tasks.

The purpose of this study is to develop the RNA interference base that can treat the EN virus in the Z-9Rs by combining the CDA 7 ports that combine E business viruss with the Tcell, the main cell of the EN virus, and the Z-9R, but it is weak to reorganize the RNA model, standardize the transmission system, and treat EN viruss.

Theses, patents, and stages evaluation, which are the performance goals presented in the plan of this task, are very insufficient.

The quality level of research outcomes shall be compared to the plan.
