(a) The status of the party concerned is the Plaintiff as a new engineering and professor of B University; (1) “business name: C: Business name of the Corporation: from September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2020; (221,800 won (annual) in the project cost; (3) the head of the Project Association of the Defendant, B University and the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of B; (2) the name of the research and development project; (3) the name of the key research and development project; (4) the research and development project name of the 199,00 won in each year; and (4) the research and development project name of the 19,00 won in the Convention; and (4) the basic research and development project name of the 19,000 won in the aggregate from September 1, 2013 to April 3, 2015; and (4) the 2) the 190-year basic research and development project name of the 190-year basic research project.

As an organization established under the Korean Research Foundation Act for the purpose of supporting efficiently and fairly, it is a party to the above Convention.

B. (i) On July 2014, the Plaintiff’s report was made by F, a general secretary of the Plaintiff’s laboratory, that “the Plaintiff wrongfully executed the research scholarship for graduate students related to the national research and development project.” The Defendant and B University established a fact-finding committee to find the truth-finding. As such, the Defendant and B University commenced an investigation.

B. The Commission on the Inwards, as a result of the direct comparison of the account of the informant on August 21, 2014, with respect to the amount executed as the research scholarship on August 21, 2014, the sum of the amounts which cannot be confirmed is 1,730.
