1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Facts of recognition

From 2004 to 2016, the Plaintiff is a person who has served as a professor in political research of the Research Institute of Social Science at B University from the date of 2004 to the date of 2016, and the Defendant is a corporation established around June 2009 by the Research Foundation Act of Korea

(1) The term “Defendant” means the establishment of a research foundation of Korea, the Korea Research Foundation of Korea, and the International Science and Technology Cooperation Foundation of June 26, 2009, which was incorporated under the National Research Foundation of Korea Act. Therefore, the support projects entered into before the year 2009, among the agreements entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, are conducted by the Korea Research Foundation of Korea, and the Korea Research Foundation of Korea, which had existed before the Defendant was established in 2009 for convenience, refers to the “Defendant” as well as the Korea Research Foundation of Korea, which had been established before the Defendant was established in the year 2009). The KCI (KOex) operated by the Defendant, is a system for analyzing the cited relations between theses by integrating domestic academic and academic information, thesis information, reference documents, etc., through the KCI website.

The paper Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 through 13, and 15 (hereinafter “Foundation-type thesis”) written by the Defendant as part of the support work for research and development. At the time of each support for research and development, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff.

In the list No. 1, this paper is written in the list No. 3 through 6 in the list No. 3 through 6 in the list No. 3 in the Schedule No. 3 in the C Project (A. : D. hereinafter referred to as the "C Project") and in the E Project (E. : F. hereinafter referred to as the "E Project"), respectively in the G Project (A. : H. : hereinafter referred to as the "G Project"), and the paper is written in the list No. 15 in the attached list No. 15.

As above, the defendant concludes an agreement with the K University, the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, the affiliated research officer, and the joint research institute.
