Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

However, if the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “G Games” organized by the FF Trade Union in the Seoul-gu Seoul-dong 122 around August 31, 2012, around 15:13, which was around August 31, 2012.

The organizer of an assembly or demonstration shall not engage in any activity clearly deviating from the scope of the purpose, date, time, place, method, etc. reported at the time of reporting the assembly.
