Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “5.19 Nation’s Games,” which was held and held in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area square from around 16:10 on May 19, 2012 to around 17:25 on May 19, 2012.
After the completion of the above assembly, from around 17:25 to around 18:58 of the same day, the Defendant driven along with approximately 3,50 participants in other assemblies with approximately 3,50 of the participants in other assemblies of Seoul Station Square, sublime, Bank of Korea street, entrance to the branch of the Bank of Korea, and the Korean door door door, moving along the entire road direction. From around 18:33 of the same day to 18:58 of the same day, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by holding an assembly with approximately 3,00 other assemblies of approximately 18:3 to 18:58 along with approximately 3,00 other assemblies of the Republic of Korea by occupying the entire way of the road at the front of the viewing space up to 5:0.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On June 16, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “an event for walking” hosted by D Countermeasures, etc. in the dodo Park in the So-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, at around 13:00 on June 16, 2012.
At around 14:05 on the same day when the above assembly was in progress, the Defendant moved about 1,200 participants in other assemblies from 1,200 to Mapoto Parkpo-section. From 14:05 to 14:57, the Defendant moved three lanes from 14:05 to 14:5 to 14:57, driven along the LG window to the front road, while driving along the same day at around 16:19 on the same day, the Seodaemun Library located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, moving along the side road and obstructed the traffic of vehicles by driving along three lanes along the road.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
