Punishment of the crime

Defendants and E purchased private horse tickets traded through the Internet Morse site on behalf of others and offered them to receive fees, and then Defendant A took charge of the role of the private horse racing arrangement ("coling"), the rest of Defendants and E joined as members of F and G, which are Internet horse site, and remitted proceeds to those who are not in charge of managing the site, along with a request for purchase of private horse tickets, and shared the role of purchasing private horse tickets on the site.

Accordingly, from January 2007 to July 201, the Defendants and E acquired commission of KRW 1,00-2,00 among them, from around January 201 to around March 201, Defendant D, from around July 3, 2011, Defendant C received the remainder of money from a new bank account (I) designated by the operator of the horse site, and from July 201, Defendant C received dividends from the horse site purchaser in the form of a new account (I) account designated by the operator of the horse site in Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and H apartment 101-1206 E, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

As a result, Defendants and E committed an act similar to horse riding voting through the Internet horse racing site with regard to racing conducted by the society in collusion with the winners operating the horse site, thereby allowing them to pay property to the winners.
