Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On July 4, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and on August 2, 2012, a summary order of 3.5 million won or more as a fine from the Jeonju District Court’s Military Branch Branch for the same crime.
[Criminal Facts]
1. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.106% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, operated C-A-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed-Wed
2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act on the date and time limit specified in paragraph (1) and used the name and resident registration number of the Defendant F, who was in charge of personal information, to the assistant E belonging to the former North Provincial Police Agency, the Highway patrol team, by drinkingly driving at the expressway patrol zone, to unlawfully use another person’s resident registration number.
3. The Defendant: (a) stated the F’s name in the driver’s column stating “I, as the person whose license was revoked, confirm that the above contents were identical to the facts; (b) acknowledged the result of the measurement; and (c) signed that I would not want to collect blood in an unfair manner,” and affixed the F’s seal on the same date and at the same place as in the preceding paragraph.
The Defendant continued to control one’s own drinking driving, and the present address is interesting in Gyeonggi-do, and thus demanding the transfer of this case to the Silung Police Station, which is the jurisdiction, shall enter the F’s name in the column of the recipient of the request for transfer stating that “I will request the transfer of this case to the Silung Police Station,” affix his seal on the next page, and shall correct the forged report on detection of driver and the request for transfer as above
