A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 15, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seog-gu District Court Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on June 26, 2014. A person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 12, 2018 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), a violation of private signature, or a violation of the investigation or signature, etc., and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten years at the Seoul Southern District Court on June 12, 2018. Around 01:13, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten years from his/her imprisonment with labor at the Seoul Southern District Court on the roads in the 8km-gu Seodong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City City, and was in the front of the same City on the road.
1. On June 12, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) on the roads to the North Daegu Dollll, the Defendant was discovered from the slope D belonging to the Gyeongbuk Provincial Police Agency, the Highway patrol team, and requested to present identification cards; (b) on the roads to the North Daegu Doll, the Defendant notified the Defendant of the completion of his resident registration number regarding the private village E, which was usual, as the Defendant’s resident registration number.
In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. The Defendant shall enter “E” in the “E” column in the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, at the place of event, the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, and the name of the “E” in the “E” column, and enter E’s resident registration number in the “E” column, and then enter the name of “E” in the “E” column for the driver’s statement, and then, the Defendant shall be against the said slope D, who may know of the forgery as if he had completed one copy of the “E” report.
