1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of six million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Criminal facts

1. Around 23:50 on August 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving a D EX car while under the influence of alcohol by 0.115% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Ro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City in the direction of the Mancheon-si, but from the front of the Mancheon-si to the front of the Mancheon-si “C cafeteria” road at approximately 300 meters.

2. On August 19, 2014, around 23:50, the Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act informed the Defendant’s resident registration number F, a working partner, of the Defendant’s resident registration number in order to conceal the fact of driving without a driver’s license, which was discovered in front of the “C cafeteria” road located in Scheon-si B, and was demanded by the head of the police station in charge of traffic control to produce a driver’s license.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. On August 20, 201, around 00:01, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) the part of the driver’s statement in the junish statement before the Kancheon-si “Ccafeteria” located in Spocheon-si; (b) namely, “I confirmed that the above contents were identical to the facts as a person whose license was cancelled; (c) notified that blood may be collected if he recognized and unfair as a result of measurement, but do not want blood collection; and (d) indicated “F on August 19, 2014,” and marked his name as “F”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a report on the state-owned driver's statement in the name of F, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.

4. At the time and place stated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) delivered the report on the statement on the actual state of driving under the name of F, forged, to the horse E, and exercised it.
