A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the above date and at the above place, informed the Defendant’s birth number of the Dong-in G who was suspected of driving a non-insurance vehicle from D District E belonging to the Seocheon Police Station D and Police Officer F, and was at ordinary time and at the same time and place, and was asked to request the Defendant to use the Defendant’s resident registration number as the Defendant’s resident registration number, thereby illegally using the G resident registration number.

3. The Defendant forged a private document by using an official stamp at the above date, time, and place, stating the personal details of the vehicle operation report as well as the part of the person who carried out the vehicle, which is the name of the Defendant’s birth, as “G”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a vehicle operation statement in the name of G, which is a private document on the proof of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the above time and at a place, submitted to the D District E and F accomman a falsified vehicle operation statement, which was known of the forgery, to the said D District E and F, as if they were duly formed.
