A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 4,00,000.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of BKaman car.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around 10:05 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance from approximately 1 km section from around 37-4 to the roads adjacent to the 337-4, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2016.

Around 10:05 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated a BF car on the front road of the Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, which was not mandatory insurance as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) controlled the police officer E belonging to the police officer of the Suwon-gu, Police Station D District; and (c) demanded the Defendant to prepare and submit a vehicle operation report under his/her own name; (d) the Defendant was able to prepare the said written report in his/her own name and make it available to the said E in his/her sexual name in the name of “F”, “G (part of resident registration numbers for the protection of personal information)”, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F” in the statement, and submitted it to the said E after signing by the F.
