A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a DK3 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Mayang-gu B in Ansan-si to the front of the Gu C in Ansan-si.

2. The Defendant forged a private document and uttering of a falsified investigation document: (a) stated “G”, “H”, and “H” and “G” in the name column of the statement in order to exercise the request of F to prepare a vehicle operation statement on the front road of the Gyeonggi-do Office E, the Gyeonggi-do Office E, under the control of vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the vehicle on the front road of the Gu, at the same time and night; (b) stated “G” in the name of F, which is the lower court’s statement; (c) written in the “B” column, which is the lower court’s statement; and (d) written in the “S” column, which is the back page of the said statement, signed by G in the name of “G”, and used a copy of the vehicle operation statement in the name of G, which is the private document related to the fact of the fact of the forgery; and (d) exercised it as if it was duly formed with F without knowledge of such forgery.

3. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, preparing a written statement as referred to in paragraph (2) above at the same time and place as the above Paragraph (2), and entered the Defendant’s pro-Japanese resident registration number as his resident registration number and used another person’s resident registration number unlawfully.
