1. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) against the Plaintiff on August 27, 2014, the 113,688,90 won for the land of 843-5 in terms of Taesung-si.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On July 6, 2012, pursuant to Article 15 of the former Tourism Promotion Act (Amended by Act No. 15636, Jun. 12, 2018) and Article 10 of the former Enforcement Decree of the Tourism Promotion Act (Amended by Presidential Decree No. 24884, Nov. 29, 2013), the Plaintiff obtained approval of a project plan with the content of constructing tourist utilization facilities business (hot spring- resort and hot spring resort), including the area of 24,039 square meters in total, 4,382.76 square meters in total, 11 square meters in total, 4,382.76 square meters in total, and 11,189 square meters in total), with a site area of 24,039 square meters in total, and with a site area of 15,08 square meters in total, lodging facilities, indoor water pumping stations, hot spring resorts, table stations, and dialtons, etc.

(B) No. 1 of this case (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”).

In the instant project site, the Plaintiff obtained permission to engage in development activities with respect to the creation of a site for accommodation facilities of 842-49, 843-5, 241m2, 843-6, 1,000m2, 843-6, 843-8, 1,766m2 (hereinafter “instant road”) within the instant project site:

The Plaintiff completed the completion of each development act on December 2, 2015, with respect to the parcels of land, i.e., 843-6 and three parcels of land, i.e., amlori 843-5 and 843-7, i.e., amlori 843-2 and amlori 843-2.

On August 27, 2014, the Defendant imposed on the Plaintiff the amount indicated in the “development charges” column as development charges for the development activities of each of the instant lands, respectively, as follows.
