A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, did not possess, possess, deliver, receive, use, transport, manage, import, manufacture, prepare, prepare, administer, deliver, receive, sell, arrange for sale, or provide, camphones as follows, even though he did not sell, sell, arrange for sale, or administer camphones as follows.

A. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant received 100,000 won from D, which was parked in front of the building of Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and the first floor, from D upon request for purchase of philopon, and arranged for the purchase of philopon by issuing the said philopon to H, and 5 g of philopon, after receiving a claim for purchase of philopon from D.

3. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On December 11, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with D, administered phiphones by means of injection with D’s arms in collusion with D, using a disposable injection device containing phiphones incopon fluor from “E” fireworks on December 11, 2015 to “E” in paragraph (1);

B. On March 2016, 2016, the Defendant arranged to trade phiphones as described in the above 2-A at the factory building near the K Driner in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, for the purchase and sale of the phiphones, and then injects the Defendant’s arms to the Defendant’s arms by using a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.07 g of phiphones received in return.
