A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, who is not a narcotics handler, did not possess, possess, receive, use, transport, manage, import, manufacture, prepare, prepare, administer, deliver, receive, sell, arrange for sale or purchase of, or offer narcotics, etc. Memopopon, which is a local mental medicine (hereinafter referred to as “Memopon”). On January 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received from AA for a disposable injection device of approximately 0.07 g of philopon from AA within the lus vehicle parked on the street front of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government; (b) received from AA for free a single injection device of approximately 0.07 g of philopon;

C. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) received from AA to a single-use injection device, which is parked in the parking lot front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office Officetel; (b) received from AA for free, approximately 0.07 g of philopon from AA; and (c) received it.

2. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. The Defendant 1 administered philophones in the way of dilution of approximately 0.07g philophones received from the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu at the time indicated in the above paragraph 1-A, with a single-use injection into the Defendant’s left-hand brophones using a single-use injection device;

B. The defendant 1-B administered philophones in the way of dilution of approximately 0.07g of philophones received from the defendant's house located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, with a single-use injection device to the left-hand part of the defendant by using a single-use injection device;

C. The defendant 1-C at the defendant's house located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City X around the day specified in the above 1-C 1-C, mixed with approximately 0.07 g of phiphones received from the defendant's house, and then used for a single divers.
