Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 25, 2015, and on September 25, 2015, the judgment became final and conclusive and conclusive on June 8, 2016, and the decision to revoke the suspended sentence became final and conclusive on March 10, 2017.

3. On September 4, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.08g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at Do Government-si G 613 on September 4, 2017, and dilution with water, and administering philophones into the Defendant’s seat.

No person, other than a handler of narcotics of the 2017 Highest 5379, shall administer Metepopa (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located at H at H at H at H at H at H at H at the time of dilution with water, and administered philopon by injection to the Defendant’s arms bloodline.
