A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On May 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (fence) at the Incheon District Court on May 28, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 25, 2016.
