A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide psychotropic drugs.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. At around 00:50 on September 26, 2012, the Defendant deposited KRW 2,00,000 into the new bank account under the name of E mother F designated by E within the 2.5 tons of the Defendant’s 2.5 tons of cargo vehicles parked in the D market C, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then traded a one-time injection bag containing 0.75 g of each mert (hereinafter “copon”) from E, each of which contains 0.75 g (hereinafter “copon”).

B. On October 26, 2012, at around 23:50 on October 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened cash of KRW 200,000 to E on the front of a cafeteria located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) purchased a letter bag containing two phiphones (1.5g in total of phiphones) from E, and traded phiphones.

C. Around 01:50 on May 8, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 800,000,000 from the account under the name of E’s Dong J designated by E within the E’s E-car parked in the territory of Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, H, and traded a day-to-day philopon after receiving one of the part-on 0.75 g from E.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On September 28, 2012, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) given the Defendant’s branded on the alleyway near the K apartment in Seosan-si; (b) delivered L, within the TG car, a one-time injection device containing 0.06g opon to L, and received opon.

B. At around 00:00 on October 27, 2012, the Defendant issued Lonon a one-time injection device containing 0.06g of philopon to L on the Defendant’s car parked in front of a restaurant located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City. The Defendant received philopon.

C. On November 3, 2012, the Defendant was parked in front of N in Pyeongtaek-si M on November 3, 2012 from the Defendant’s franchise in the TG car.
