C On February 13, 2013, the Suwon District Court received a summary order of KRW 20 million and KRW 50 million as a penalty for violating the Korean Racing Association Act.

【Criminal Facts】

No one shall use a racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association for gambling and assist him/her.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 19, 2014, from around 13:00 to around 16:20, the Defendant used a racing implementing the Korean Racing Association; (a) obtained points in the F Office located in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) obtained the amount of money paid in advance from operators of the Internet illegal private horse terminal site (G); and (c) entered the ID and password into the said website; (d) obtained a horse ticket using the assigned points; and (e) displayed the horse racing in the horse racing implemented by the Korean Racing Association; and (e) displayed the 7,200,000 won in total on 39 occasions in the manner of receiving dividends.

B. The Defendant: (a) purchased C’s horse on behalf of the Defendant at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a); and (b) had C sell c’s horse tickets on the Internet illegal private horse racing site (G) twice in total; and (c) assisted C in gambling using the racing operated by the Korean Racing Association, as indicated in paragraph (3) below.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Korean Racing Association Act shall be granted points in the amount of money paid in advance to the operator of the Internet illegal private horse racing site (H) at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, enter a ID and password into the above site, and connect it to the horse racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association after purchasing a marina ticket with the assigned points.
