Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2018, the Defendant had access to the Internet private light sport C in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B building site D.

No one shall use a racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association for gambling and assist him/her.

Nevertheless, the Defendant deposited KRW 17,225,00 in total over 210 times from November 22 of the same year, such as deposit of KRW 16,320,00,00 in the account of the National Bank (F) in the name of E, which is known by the winners in order to participate in the racing in which dividends are paid according to the investigation report on the dividend rate provided by the Korean Racing Association (the dividend rate of the Korean Racing Association) at the same site that links and operates the racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association, and deposited KRW 16,320,000 in total over 84 times as shown in the attached list of crimes (amount of entry).
