A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,00,00, by a fine of KRW 1,50,000, by a fine of KRW 1,500,00.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Korean Racing Association, shall commit any act of causing the enemy to engage in any act similar to the riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society, and deliver any property or financial benefits to the enemy, and use any racing conducted by the Korean Racing Association for gambling.

1. From August 26, 2012 to November 10, 2012, Defendant A conspired with F, Defendant A: (a) purchased horse riding tickets in lieu of four persons, including Defendant B, who wish to purchase horse tickets; (b) purchased horse riding tickets in lieu of 15:0,00 from August 26, 2012 to November 10, 200; (c) installed one computer connected to the real-time racing situation at the Korean Racing Association through the Internet; and (d) six large-scale shocks, which can see the progress of horse racing; and (e) purchased a horse race ticket in lieu of 0,000 won for real-time and rate of distribution; and (e) granted 0% of the total amount of money generated from the operation of the horse racing complex to 30% of the total amount of money to be refunded; and (e) granted 0% of the amount of money to 30% of the total amount of money generated from the operation of the horse.

2. Defendant B had Defendant A purchase 270,000 won in cash from November 10, 2012 to 15:00 of the same day at the above location from around 12:00 to around 13:00 of the same day, and, as a result, Defendant B carried out gambling using a marina racing by receiving dividends from Defendant A.

3. At around November 10, 2012, Defendant C had Defendant C purchase KRW 20,00 in cash and KRW 20,000 in Madern four at the above place, and then gambling using a marina racing by receiving dividends depending on the result.
