A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “C” household company located in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and the victim D (the age of 56) is an employee of the Defendant company.

The defendant, like the victim of ordinary time, tried to get a sexual contact with the victim while commuting to and from the workplace of the defendant.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. From the end of March 2018 to the beginning of April 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the “C” container office operated by the Defendant in the Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s arms on the floor by cutting off the victim’s body, laying off the victim’s body, cutting the victim’s shoulder on the floor, cutting the victim’s shoulder on the floor, leaving the victim’s shoulder with both hands, and preventing the victim from going against the victim’s back on the part of the victim; and (b) committing an indecent act by force against the victim.

B. On April 2018, at around 20:30 to 21:00, the Defendant: (a) attempted to enter the victim’s arms at the entrance of the EMomocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) but the victim refused to return home, and (c) went home to the head of the Defendant’s vehicle, followed the victim’s chest on two occasions, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

C. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant, at around 18:10 on May 10, 2018, at the container office described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, divided the victim’s shoulder with the Defendant’s hand, placed the victim’s shoulder on the floor, prevented the victim from resisting the victim’s body on the floor, and placed the victim’s trts and bracks on the part of the victim’s right chest, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.

2. On June 2, 2018, around 15:00 on June 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) the victim was under the influence of alcohol and said that the victim was seated next to the Defendant; (b) the victim refused to take a bath that “the victim would sing off his/her hand that he/she would do so; and (c) the victim would be able to know the number of days of treatment.”
