Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on June 18, 2015, went to drink as an employee and went to drink with the victim C (at around 22 years old), the victim D (at around 04:00 on the same day) and went to the victim, and went to the victim at his/her own house during the time when he/she went to the victim, and was living in his/her own house at around 04:00 on the same day.
