A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 28, 2017 to May 10, 2019, the Defendant served as a military personnel belonging to the 3rd Army Headquarters of the 3rd Army Headquarters of the 12th Army.
