A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of five years and a short term of four years.
The defendant shall be a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse against Victims C and D;
A. A. Around 14:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant sent a message to the victim C (here, 15 years of age) who was aware of the Defendant’s mother’s residence located in the Cheong-gun, U.S., Sin-gun, to the effect that he was frighting to a close-down, and let the victim enter the said residence. After that, the Defendant had the victim go on the victim’s arms at the inside and outside of the said residence and forced the victim to go off on the floor, and prevented the Defendant from going up on the back to the floor, and let the victim go off, who is a child or juvenile, by sexual intercourse with the Defendant, and had him do so. (2) On January 14, 2013, the Defendant made the victim her talk with the victim at his residence, and made the victim talk with the victim with his cell phone, and made the victim her talk with the victim at his residence. (3) On the same day, the Defendant made the victim use of his cell.
After that, the Defendant was unable to resist the victim's on the part of the victim who resisted that the victim's arms were forced to be placed on the floor by cutting off the victim's arms on the inside, and failed to do so, and raped the victim as a child or juvenile by committing sexual intercourse once.

After that, the defendant, who had been prepared in advance, has the right to suppress the victim, has been drinking, has been forced to place the victim himself/herself on the floor while drinking his/her own alcohol on the floor, has been forced to do so, and has been unable to resist on the part of the victim who resisted against him/her, and has sexual intercourse once.
