Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A and B are married couple, Defendant A and Defendant A are the head of the D church, and Defendants E are the children of the Defendants, who are in a mutual family relationship.
Defendants and E had the victim F, who is a member of the Diplomatic Association, dismissed on March 13, 2015 from G to the Diplomatic Association G on March 13, 2015, but did not have been qualified as a pastor, they had the pastor dispatched from the church voluntarily created by Defendant A (the president A of the Party concerned) for the reason that he/she has continuously reported his/her services as a pastor at the above church.
On April 19, 2015, from around 10:00 to December 12:00 of the same day, Defendants and E mobilized 15 members of the Doctrine I and service personnel of the Doctrine in the distribution of the Dctrine, and attempted to exhaust to the subject of a preliminary lecture, and moved to the chair for two hours.
Accordingly, the defendant and E conspired with the victim to obstruct the worship of the victim.
2. Defendant A, as it is apparent that the phrase “ May 4, 2015” written in the indictment on May 4, 2014, is a clerical error in the “v. 4, 2014.”, Defendant A’s correction as above.
